Last night, at the monthly Dinner Meeting of the PMI-OC, I had the chance to listen to and record Chris Peduzzi's speech called "So you want to build a PMO? Good luck!" Chris is a very entertaining and engaging speaker who took his listeners on the tour of two PMO case studies in which he was involved. He also had a lot of good advice for his listeners - about 4 slides worth of great "nuggets of wisdom" for us all. You can look forward to hearing Chris's speech on The Project Management Podcast, as soon as I get the OK from the PMI-OC board of directors that I am actually allowed to make these recordings at their dinner meeting. (In this case, I recorded first and will ask for forgiveness later... ;-)
